ASUS Global Pte. Ltd. (“ASUS”) Google Play Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promotion is valid on new Qualifying purchases of ASUS Google Nexus 7 (ASUS-1A007A – 16gb WiFi) made from any UK based retailer, reseller or etailer made during the promotional periods of 00.001 (GMT) on the 5th May 2014 through until 23.59 (GMT) on the 1st June 2014 as detailed in the Qualifying Products section of www.ASUSPromotions.com/googleplay (the “Website”).
  2. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (“Territory”). Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.
  3. Subject to these terms and conditions customer can claim a £50 Google Play E-voucher (“Reward”) during the promotional period.
  4. A full and valid claim must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days commencing from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt or invoice. The date of purchase indicated on the proof of purchase is day one (1). If claims are submitted before or after this claim window they will be deemed invalid.
  5. To claim visit the Website (www.ASUSPromotions.com/googleplay) and fill out the online claim form, you will be required to provide your detail of your purchase and upload a copy of your proof of purchase. To use all services provided in this Website, you acknowledge and accept this ASUS Promotion Terms and Conditions, Opia’s Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy of this Website.
  6. Once the claim has been received, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt by email from stating whether or not the claim has been successful. It is the claimant’s responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within seven (7) days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
  7. Provided that the terms and conditions of this Promotion have been met, your Reward will be send to you via email within thirty (30) days.
  8. If an incomplete claim form is received, a notification email will be sent to you with the opportunity for you to provide the required items within seven (7) days from the email being sent. If no reply is received within such seven (7) days then the claim will be refused.
  9. General Terms
    Claims must be submitted by the end user consumer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. The total number of permitted claims is limited to 1 per individual, household or business; for further detail please visit the Qualifying Products section of this Website during the dates of the promotion.
  10. Consumers who when purchasing a qualifying product have received special pricing, including but not limited to any bulk discounts from ASUS are not eligible for this Promotion.
  11. The Promotion is valid in respect of qualifying products purchased in the Territory either directly from ASUS, or an authorised reseller or authorised retailer of ASUS within the Promotion dates. The Promotion is only valid for end user consumers; claims for qualifying product purchased for resale or for renting or leasing to a third party are ineligible for this Promotion.
  12. The Reward is subject to the following Google Play terms and conditions: Good for one £50 Google Play credit. Not reloadable; no cash value. Offer expires on, and must be added to a Google Wallet account by 1st May 2015. Once added, credit must be used on Google Play by 1st May 2015. Devices and subscriptions excluded. Offer good in United Kingdom only. Must be 13+ years old and UK resident, have Internet access, and qualify for and have a UK Google Wallet account.   13. The reward is inclusive of all taxes and bank transfer fee. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
  14. In the event of a Qualifying Product for any reason being returned or replaced during the claim period and if the claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you will need to re-submit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If the Qualifying Product is returned or replaced after the claim has been accepted and paid, the reward may, at Asus’s sole and absolute discretion, be recovered from you upon ASUS demand or may be deducted by way of set off from any future refunds relating to any ASUS product due to or claimed by you in respect of any Asus product purchased by you within the next 12 months.The reward back cannot be granted to the participant who:
    1. has not purchased the qualifying ASUS products within the promotional period; and/or
    2. has not completed the claim form; and/or
    3. has not supplied proof of purchase; and/or
    4. has not submitted their claim online or to the address set out in the claim form between 30 and 60 days from the date of purchase; and/or
    5. failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions.
  15. ASUS reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims.
  16. ASUS is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Promotion. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  17. ASUS reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the Promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
  18. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the information and/or documentation, for the purpose of making a claim (the “Documentation”), upload, transmit, input or provide to this Website by you. When you uploaded, transmitted, inputted or provided the Documentation to this Website, you grant ASUS, its affiliates and subsidiaries, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable right to promote and distribute part or all of the documentation in any media formats with any manner, including without limitation to reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, or otherwise use the Documentation, and all the Documentation will not be returned. If you do not have authorization for the above right, please do not upload, transmit, input or provide Documentation to this Website. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent Documentation may result in disqualification from this Promotion and future ASUS Promotions and may result in the submitter of the claim being subject to prosecution.
  19. The decisions of ASUS in respect of any and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.
  20. ASUS reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
